18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
Each photograph appearing in this Web site is exempt from the record-keeping
requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for at least one of the following reasons:
* The photograph does not contain a visual depiction of actual sexually explicit
conduct;
* The photograph was made before July 3, 1995;
* The photograph was made before July 27, 2006 and does not contain a visual
depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct other than lascivious exhibition
of the genitals or pubic area of a person.
